Prospective clients generally make initial contact with us via email or telephone. If you have a definite idea of what you are looking for then an email with drawings and photographs attached is perfect - we can normally give you a quotation immediately.

Alternatively, one of us can visit you at your home to discuss your plans and give you a quotation without any obligation. Please call the number below to make arrangements.

Visitors are always welcome at the workshop - we can show you the projects currently in production and give you an idea of the high quality of our work. Please call in advance however, to make sure that one of us is in. We are often out working on site and do not keep regular ‘opening hours’.

Terms of trade are as follows;

25% deposit with order to secure the production slot.

25% payment on final measure prior to commencement of production.

25% payment on delivery of furniture.

25% balance payable on completion of fitting to your entire satisfaction.

Payment can be by cheque, cash, or bank transfer.

Our lead times vary with our workloads but are generally between 3 and 6 months.
